Coverlock 820D3 (renderer\/cap machine)<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Coverlock820D3 (also known as a capstan, or rending<\/strong> <\/strong>machine)<\/strong> is <\/strong>primarily a machine for sewing withstretch<\/strong> fabrics <\/strong> such as children’s knitwear and sportswear. It is primarily used for curling<\/strong> (without hemming) and joining<\/strong> them.<\/p>\n

The coverlockladder st <\/strong>itch is made in such a way that it is both very flexible and strong. From the outside, the classic ladder stitch<\/strong> looks similar to parallel lockstitching with a double needle, while on the left side you can see the special loops that all its properties are due to. The most popular places for its use are the bottoms of blouses, undershirts, and sleeve folds.<\/p>\n

This model also has a chain stitch<\/strong>, which in turn is ideal for joining pieces of knitted fabric together. This stitch is found wherever high flexibility<\/strong> and sewing strength<\/strong> are required.<\/p>\n

The Coverlock 820D3<\/strong> has the option to adjust stitch length, thread tension<\/strong> and foot pressure<\/strong> on the fabric. The differential transport <\/strong>makes it possible to adjust the sewing differential – so you get a properly flat seam – without wrinkles and stretching<\/strong>. If necessary, it is easy to achieve the reverse effect in the intended manner as well. This model also has a built-in<\/strong> overhang (free arm) for rolling up hard-to-reach garment parts, such as sleeves, legs or necklines.
The ability to lift the foot high<\/strong> ensures free underlining of several layers of fabrics.<\/p>\n

Color c <\/strong>oding and numbering of successive shanks and clear instructions under the cover cover make threading and adjusting the machine easy. The accessory drawer<\/strong> contains basic maintenance equipment and tweezers to assist in the threading process. The model is also equipped with a soft cover<\/strong> to protect it from dust and dirt.<\/p>\n
